In all our projects, we fully comply with the current Turkish Earthquake Code standards. Based on soil investigation reports, we design correct foundations (usually raft foundations) and use concrete of class C30 and above, along with high-strength ribbed steel.
Depending on the size of the project, architectural details, and soil structure, our turn-key villa construction period ranges on average between 8 and 12 months after obtaining the building permit.
We manage the processes with the Conservation Board and the relevant municipality using our expert team, from drawing survey, restitution, and restoration projects to the approval stage. Staying loyal to the approved project, we perform restoration true to the original using traditional building materials and techniques.
